Long Poem Magazine

Editing the magazine really is a labour of love and we certainly love this issue. We have 19 poets, some of whom are new to the magazine,  Dermot Bolger, Ian Davidson and Fran Lock for example, and others we have published previously, such as Greta Stoddart, Robert Minhinnick and Julith Jedamus,  as well as four poems in translation, including Terence Dooley’s translation of Spanish poet Mercedes Cebrian. Each issue of LPM has an essay on an aspect of the long poem and this time David Kinloch explores Edwin Morgan’s long poems.

This year we have commissioned and published several online reviews, and there are more to come.
